THERAPY FOR WORKING MOMS

WHERE ambition AND
motherhood FIND THEIR rhythm

MotherWell Therapy supports ambitious women through the postpartum season with virtual therapy in California and a psychology-backed community of moms who understand exactly what you’re going through.

In those early months, when days and nights blur together and every to-do list feels impossible, it’s easy to slip into survival mode. You keep moving, giving, doing. More, more, more. But somewhere along the way, the rhythm you once held dear disappears, and for the first time, you feel completely out of sync.

MOTHERHOOD CHANGES everything. AND YET, YOU’RE STILL THE woman you were before.

AMBITIOUS, THOUGHTFUL, and deeply CAPABLE.

In those early months, when days and nights blur together and every to-do list feels impossible, it’s easy to slip into survival mode. You keep moving, giving, doing. More, more, more. But somewhere along the way, the rhythm you once held dear disappears, and for the first time, you feel completely out of sync.

at MOTHERWELL THERAPY our deepest belief is that you don’t need to choose between AMBITION and MOTHERHOOD

there’s room for both

Through virtual therapy and an online community for moms, we help you carve out space to help your whole self thrive.

MEET THE FOUNDER

HI MAMA. I’M DR. LILIT – PSYCHOLOGIST FOR MOMS AND AN ambitious mother myself.

A woman sitting on the floor beside a white couch, working on a laptop, in a cozy living room with books and decorative objects.
A woman holding two young boys in a garden, smiling and playing during the daytime.

I know exactly how you’re feeling, because becoming a mother myself cracked me open in ways only other mothers can understand. I loved my baby more than anything in the world, and I still longed for something more. Not more to do, but more of myself.

As a psychologist, I had the tools and training to understand what was happening beneath the surface when I was freshly postpartum, longing for a piece of the “old me” to remind me who I was outside of motherhood.

But what I didn’t realize until later is that my identity was evolving, not erased.
