THERAPY FOR MOTHERHOOD IN CALIFORNIA

Virtual therapy for WORKING AND entrepreneurial moms feeling off-balance in new motherhood

You don’t need to do more. You don’t need to try harder. You just need support that understands this season.

If you’ve been living in survival mode, trying to keep up, hold it all together, and return to who you were before motherhood, this is your reminder…

You haven’t lost yourself. You are becoming someone new.

Motherhood changes your body, your plans, and your sense of self.

And when you’re ambitious, thoughtful, and used to feeling capable, that change can feel especially disorienting.

At MotherWell Therapy, we offer therapy for motherhood that helps you slow down, breathe again, and gather the tools to remember who you are: A woman who’s fully capable of being both ambitious at work and present in motherhood.

Yes, we take INSURANCE!

We accept insurance for therapy, and also work with private pay clients, so you can choose the option that fits you best.

We accept a variety of insurance including:

AND WHERE EVERY MOM
HAS THE TOOLS, SUPPORT, AND
COMMUNITY TO THRIVE IN BOTH HER CAREER AND HER LIFE.
